RETURNS POLICY
We do our best to display the images in the catalog as accurately as possible so that what you see is what you will receive.
- We do NOT offer refunds unless artwork is damaged in shipping. We must be notified within 24 hrs. of delivery by telephone or e-mail to arrange for the painting to be returned for REFUND or EXCHANGED FOR A DIFFERENT ARTWORK. You will be asked to supply detailed digital images of the damage including the area showing the artist's signature.
- Once the painting has been accepted, any future risk of loss or damage passes to the purchaser.
- NOTE: artwork MUST be carefully re-packaged in the original packaging material for return shipping.
